An Introduction to Crystals & Healing
A one day workshop, introducing the student to crystals, their many uses in daily life as well as in healing, meditation and intuitive work. The day will include how to choose, care for and tune crystals, exploring their uses for daily life, self-healing and healing others. How to clear, earth and strengthen the human energy field, basic healing techniques, energy sensing exercises, and an in introduction to at least 15 different crystals will also be part of the day. Students will have ample opportunity to practice and experience what is discussed 

An Insight Into Angels
Angels have always been an integral part of humanity in light as well as shadow. In this time of change and upheaval, the interest in these beings of light has greatly increased. The Angelic Realms consist of many levels, each playing its part in the great universal plan. Are angels a different species from us like divas and nature spirits or were they once human? Are they part of the makeup of this world of duality (there being naughty angels as well!) or are they powerful interior archetypes representing the messenger of the higher self? On this day we will explore various aspects of the angel kingdom and also how one can attune to these energies for help, healing and guidance. The workshop is for both beginners and those who have already experience in the field of healing or related subjects.

The Abundance Workshop
Quite a number of people feel that they do not really have enough of something in their lives. This may relate to relationship issues, a job, money, unfulfilled ambitions, joy or anything else. Since we do to a large extent create and co-create much of what happens in our lives, it follows that we can also change things that prevent us from being more fulfilled and joyful. Interacting with the worlds of opportunity, opening up to the balance of giving and receiving, coming from a point of appreciation rather than a point of desolation are only a few ways to help us move forward into a more whole and fulfilled way of being. This is a day for those who would like to bring more abundance into their lives by using a variety of healing and development techniques.

The Esteemed Self Workshop
Self-doubt, low self-esteem, self-sabotage, self-depreciation, false modesty, resignation and fear are only some of the many traits that severely limit our lives. It can be difficult to change such patterns because more often than not, they have been ingrained since childhood or as a teenager. As healers, however, we have access to highly effective methods and tools to start to address and, ultimately, clear these negative traits and patterns. In this workshop, we will be looking at self-image, addressing blockages, tackling fears and doubts, releasing past habits of low self-esteem and thereby uncovering the Esteemed Self. This day is suitable for healers and those familiar with energy work.

Mending the Healer's Wound
It is a well-known fact that many healers find it easier to give out and help others than to nurture themselves. More often than not, the urge to care and heal, stems from a deep inner wound through which the necessary quality of compassion has been activated. Usually this wound in the heart centre has been healed, having served its purpose, however, often scarring remains. Equally in this present stage of evolution the focus is very much on the heart centre, since we are moving towards a higher awareness and from ego into group consciousness. This process is not all that easy since it means moving from fear to love and the whole of humanity is involved! Most healers are actively going through this process in the need to be able to channel increasingly higher frequencies of energy.

On this day we will address the heart chakra, how we can heal any residues or old scarring as well as link to these faster energies, accommodate them within our being as well as channel them for the benefit of the whole. This day is for those who are already training or working in the field of crystal and/or spiritual healing.
